Wholeness Chaplaincy
The word wholeness refers to the state of being complete, undivided, unbroken, or undamaged. Wholeness Health & Well-being: A state of robust physical, mental, and emotional health. In psychology and wellness, it emphasizes a harmonious integration of the mind, body, and spirit.
The Tripartite Self: As the Apostle Paul highlights in 1 Thessalonians 5:23, biblical wholeness requires the full integration and sanctification of three distinct parts: spirit (connection to God), soul (mind, will, and emotions), and body (physical vessel).
It is the energetic alignment of mind, body, and spirit. When a person is grounded in spiritual wholeness, possessing a clear sense of purpose and a relationship with the sacred, it naturally radiates into and heals their emotional, social, and physical life.
Restoring the Mind, Body, and Spirit
Wholeness is the state of being complete, undivided, and unbroken. Rooted in faith and grounded in compassionate care, Wholeness Chaplaincy serves men and women navigating the heavy burdens of incarceration, mental health challenges, and drug addiction. True healing doesn’t just treat the symptoms; it transforms the entire person.
- Spirit: Restoring your connection to God and establishing a firm foundation of purpose.
- Soul: Bringing healing and stability to your mind, will, and emotions.
- Body: Supporting physical recovery from addiction and mental stress.
“May God himself, the God of peace, sanctify you through and through. May your whole spirit, soul and body be kept blameless…” — 1 Thessalonians 5:23
This Ministry is to Help People with Prison, Mental Health and Drug Abuse
What Is Tripartite Wholeness?
When you are grounded in spiritual wholeness—possessing a clear sense of divine purpose and a restored relationship with the sacred—that strength naturally radiates outward. It heals your emotional life, restores your social connections, and revitalizes your physical health.
