The New Life Catholic Ministry’s official statements of faith are the Apostles’ Creed and the Nicene Creed, which summarize core doctrines about the Holy Trinity, Jesus Christ, and the Church. We also include the Universal Creed.
- The Father: Belief in one God, the Father almighty, maker of heaven and earth, and of all visible and invisible things
- The Son: Belief in one Lord Jesus Christ, the Only Begotten Son of God, who came down from heaven, became man through the Holy Spirit and the Virgin Mary, suffered under Pontius Pilate, rose on the third day, and will come again to judge the living and the dead.
- The Holy Spirit: Belief in the Holy Spirit, the Lord and giver of life, who proceeds from the Father and the Son, and who spoke through the prophets.
- The Church: Belief in one, holy, catholic, and apostolic Church, acknowledging one baptism for the forgiveness of sins and the resurrection of the dead.
- The Holy Trinity: God is three divine persons in one coequal and coeternal nature: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.
- Sacraments: Seven ritual channels of grace—Baptism, Confirmation, Eucharist, Reconciliation, Anointing of the Sick, Holy Orders, and Matrimony.
- Scripture and Tradition: Divine revelation comes through both sacred scripture (the Bible) and unwritten sacred apostolic tradition.
